AI mock interviews · Investment banking

Practice investment banking mock interviews against the bar. Not a chatbot.

Twelve questions per session. Technicals, behavioral, a case. Voice or text. A real scorecard at the end graded the way a real banker reviews a candidate, then the model answer you were measured against.

— How it works

Three steps. No fluff.

Every session is graded against the same bar real banking interviewers use: a letter grade per question, six-axis skill radar, follow-up depth, and one of four calls.

01

Pick a level and a mode.

Intern, Analyst, or Associate. Voice if you want the real-room pressure, text if you want to type your way through the case.

02

Sit twelve questions.

Technicals, behavioral, a deal walk, a curveball. Up to two follow-ups per question, five on the case.

Get graded against the bar.

Letter grade per question, six-axis skill radar, follow-up depth, and one of four hire calls.

Inside the room

A mock interview that pushes back.

Twelve questions a session — technicals, behavioral, a case — across three levels, graded like a real superday. Four things make it bite.

01Voice + text

Answer out loud, or type

Speak with a live transcript like the real room, or type when you want to think on the page. Same scorecard either way.

02Up to 5 deep

Follow-ups that dig

It presses exactly where your answer is thin — up to 5 on the case study, just like a real interviewer.

03Delivery graded

Pace, filler, jargon

We score how you sound, not just what you say — the delivery feedback you never get anywhere else.

04Letter grades

A verdict, not vibes

A grade per answer, a 6-axis skill radar, and an honest hire call at the end.

What we measure

One scorecard. One verdict.

Every interview ends with a director-grade rubric: a letter, a skill profile, and a hire call. No vibes, no participation trophies — if a director can’t grade it on paper, neither will we.

Letter grade— 01 / 03

A single mark, weighted across every category.

Accounting, valuation, M&A, PE/LBO, behavioral — combined into one letter you can quote in a follow-up email.

  2. B
  3. C
  4. D
  5. F
Skill radar— 02 / 03

Six axes. No averaging away a weak spot.

Each competency is graded on its own. You see exactly where the gap is — and what to drill before next round.

Hire call— 03 / 03

The verdict a director would write.

One of four rungs, with a one-line reason. The same call you’d get in a real debrief — just earlier, and free.

FAQ

Common questions.

If youve sat a real superday, youll recognize most of this. If you havent yet thats why youre here.

How long is one interview?+

12 questions. Plan for roughly 30–45 minutes if you type, 20–30 if you answer by voice. You can pause between questions.

Does my answer get cut off?+

No. The model lets you finish your sentence in voice mode and never interrupts mid-word. Each answer has a soft time cap — about a minute by voice, two by text — with a visible timer.

How are follow-ups decided?+

Up to 2 follow-ups on standard questions, up to 5 on the case. The model only digs further if your last answer left an opening, exactly the way a real interviewer would.

When do I see my grade?+

Letter grades stay hidden during the interview. The full scorecard — letter grade per answer, follow-up depth, written verdict — unlocks at the end and is saved to your profile.

What levels are there?+

Three rooms: Intern, Analyst, and Associate. Each pulls from its own question pool and grades against the bar for that level.

How much does HARDO cost?+

$14.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. One full interview is free, no card required.

Do I need a card to try it?+

No card on the free interview. You only enter payment when you choose to subscribe.
